Dinner tonight!!! Lao You Ju—went for the 麻辣香锅. it was good but not exactly 麻辣香锅. the 水煮鱼 was incredible. and 猪耳 had a nice bite size and was thinly sliced. no sticky gelatin that is usually associated with pig ears. overall it was an incredible dinner! <3
